Let’s go on an investing fishing trip

I had one goal when I started my journey on becoming an author: write an easy to understand book for people looking to invest in themselves and invest in their financial wellbeing.

When I was in school, I sucked at English and I hated writing papers. A crazy thing that I never planned on happening, happened. I fell in love with writing a book.

To this day, if I post on social media, I often have run on sentences. I have spelling errors, etc. I found out how difficult it was to put my thoughts onto paper, except that I had a vision. To bring that vision to life I had to get better at writing.

Throughout this last year, I saw people where I was in the last crypto cycle. They were making the same mistakes I did. Some people call it becoming exit liquidity. From the last cycle until now, I learned a lot and gained knowledge from my experiences. I watched countless hours of youtube videos, read books, and asked for help. 4 years of learning and expanding on what I learned from “Rich dad, poor dad,” a book written by Robert Kiyosaki, 20 years ago. Even then, I found it very difficult to filter out all of the noise. I learned that I had to come up with a gameplan.

I saw a need for education when it came to investing and crypto. I imagined being new to investing and the learning curve that I had to go through. The fundamentals I had to learn. The books that I read. It was a lot of information and it was a bit overwhelming. Through all of that learning, I am fortunate to be financially at peace.

I wanted to show my family. I wanted to show my friends. There was so much that I learned, except when I would talk about investments, my thoughts and words were all over the place. To give the knowledge I gained, I had to work backwards.

If you were new to crypto, would you know what a blockchain is? Would you know how bitcoin works? Do you know about the fundamentals of long term investing? Do you know how to invest? Or why you should invest?

There are so many fundamental questions that a new investor would have to answer before they could make an informed decision on investing. I had to address all these questions in writing my book because when I was new to investing, I had to learn all of it to understand.

I had to understand:

The fundamentals of investing.

The importance of having a plan.

The different Investment strategies.

The types of investments.

The basics.

Only then I could show people the technology that is behind bitcoin, cardano, or any blockchain.

In the book I use the quote “Give a man a fish, feed them for a day. Teach a man how to fish, feed him for a lifetime” as a metaphor. When someone fishes, they need to learn the skills and tools to fish for themselves. When someone invests I show the reader the tools in order for them to learn about investing in a way that is simple and easy to understand.

This book has been a labor of love for me to write and I am pleased to publish “Fishing for investments: an introduction to investing, Bitcoin and Cardano” for all of you to enjoy. I do love fishing as well.

Take a journey into the world of investing and let’s go on an ebook fishing trip together.
